Bob Tobin knows that good people from good families can get caught up in the criminal justice system. Bob has won countless cases without ever going to trial, by arguing successful pretrial motions to dismiss and/or suppressing damaging evidence. He has won many trials over the last four decades by convincing juries and judges to acquit his clients. Bob relies on his vast experience to recognize potential risks that may require some clients’ cases be resolved short of trial by negotiating with the prosecution and the Court to reach an acceptable resolution. Bob is a long-time member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, an organization dedicated to furthering the cause of persons who are injured by the negligence of others. He is well versed in how to prove his clients’ cases by using all the available tools available in the civil discovery process and in presenting compelling medical evidence to insurance companies, judges and juries.
