Robert H. Tobin, Jr., Esq.

Bob Tobin is a seasoned trial attorney whose 30 plus years in the court system have taught him more than a few of life’s lessons.

“Bad things can happen to good people. Even smart people can use poor judgment. And, unfair as it may be, the dice are loaded in favor of prosecutors and the insurance companies.”
— Robert H. Tobin, Jr.

And that’s exactly where he comes in. Ask Bob’s clients and colleagues, and you’ll hear the same things – thorough, skilled, creative, prepared. He "leaves no stone unturned" when researching and preparing cases for clients charged with crimes, struggling with injuries and seeking out justice.

Over the course of his career, Bob has handled hundreds of complex civil and criminal matters, with some receiving local, national and international media attention. His cases have been featured in the Boston Globe, the New York Times, CBS News, WBZ TV, and a number of scientific journals.

Whether the situation is simple or complex, noteworthy or routine, Bob is a tireless and compassionate advocate who fights to get the best possible result each and every time.
